Genie Magnolia produces masses of dark purple tulip like flowers which will bloom on bare branches in late Winter to Spring.
This beautiful smaller growing Magnolia will get to 4m tall and 2 m wide making it perfect for pots and as a feature specimen in small spaces.
Will prefer a deep freely draining fertile soil with plenty of sun, and benefit from a regular application of fertiliser. Mulch well to keep the root zone cool during Adelaide summers.
